About This Competition

The 10th annual WOD WARS Competition, 3 person (same sex) teams will battle it out through 3 WODs (And floating tie-breaker)

This year we will have 3 divisions…𝗥𝗫, INTERMEDIATE/Masters 35+ and 𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗗

10 Synchronized Wallballs 20/14 lb, 11’/10’ target


Round 1: Partner A will perform 15 T2B then B and C will perform 10 Synchronized Wallballs.

ROTATE 

Round 2: Partner B will perform T2B then C and A will synchronize wallballs

ROTATE

Round 3: Partner C will perform T2B then A and B will synchronize wallballs. 

Continue in this order for a total of 12 rounds.



Int./Masters EVENT #1

For time…… 12 min cap

10 Synchronized Wallballs

20/14 lb, 10’/9’ target


Round 1: Partner A will perform 10 T2B then B and C will perform 10 Synchronized Wallballs.

ROTATE 

Round 2: Partner B will perform T2B then C and A will synchronize wallballs

ROTATE

Round 3: Partner C will perform T2B then A and B will synchronize wallballs. 

Continue in this order for a total of 12 rounds.



SCALED EVENT #1

For time…… 12 min cap

12 Hanging toe raises

10 Synchronized Wallballs 

14/10 lb, 10’/9’ target


Round 1: Partner A will perform 12 RKR then B and C will perform 10 Synchronized Wallballs.

ROTATE 

Round 2: Partner B will perform HKR then C and A will synchronize wallballs

ROTATE

Round 3: Partner C will perform HKR then A and B will synchronize wallballs. 

Continue in this order for a total of 12 rounds.


EVENT #2 PART 1

2 Separate scores


PART 1:

Each athlete will have :45 to complete as many jump rope reps as possible. 

Score = total reps


*** 1 minute transition***


EVENT #2 - PART 2:

Each athlete will move through a squat clean ladder. 

Time cap is :45

Score is cumulative time

*athletes may also complete a jerk on the final bar, to earn tiebreaker points! (And to just flex on em)

145/105 lbs up to 245/170 lbs (6 bars)



INT./MASTERS= 

Dubs

105/80 lbs up to 205/145 lbs (6 bars)

EVENT #3

15 min AMRAP

12 Synchronized Box Jumps

6 Synchronized Single Arm Devil’s Presses

Echo Bike cals


Two athletes will work together on box jumps and devils presses while one athlete chips away at bike calories. Athletes will rotate (in order) after every completed round. 

When the bike calories are complete, one athlete may rest while the other two complete a round of box jumps and devil’s presses.

The bike calories must be completed but are not part of score. If your team does not complete bike calories, two rounds will be deducted from your score.
