About This Competition

This is a partner fitness competition designed for the average everyday fitness person to the more experienced. The workouts will be announced in advance so that you have time to workout the nerves and practice for the big event. See how you stack up in Culpeper and Rep the Pep!

Male/Male - RX & Scaled

-All registrations are final. Transfers are allowed to another person or team 48 prior to the event start date.

RX
Max Legless rope climbs 12ft in 3 min

*The rep begins with no hands or feet touching the rope. You will then ascend the rope using only your hands and touch the metal at the top of the rope roughly 12ft in the air. If your foot is used in any manner to help climb the rope you will be given a no rep and you must descend the rope and start the rep over again. Both partners are not required to climb, so this allows for one person to continuously work for the 3 min if needed.

Max rope climbs 12ft in 3 min

*The rep begins with no hands or feet touching the rope. You will then ascend the rope in any manner using both your feet and hands and touch the metal at the top of the rope roughly 12ft in the air. Both partners are not required to climb, so this allows for one person to continuously work for the 3 min if needed. Failure to touch the metal at the top of the rope will be a no rep.
