CrossFit Glasgow Scouting Combine
About This Competition
The Combine is a series of 6 Physical tests conducted over a week of single workout events determined by the training staff at CrossFit Glasgow. The workouts are intended to demonstrate the capacity of an individual to perform across the broad domains of work capacity, strength, gymnastic skill and Weightlifting skill.
The Scouting Combine allows the athlete to determine where their strengths and weaknesses lie so that they might focus their training time toward elimination of overt weaknesses in agreement with the training staff at CrossFit Glasgow. The Combine also allows the training staff to determine who would be in a ready state to join the Competitor Cell and if not, to help them to better direct their training so that they might gain the necessary capacity.
