So läuft es ab
Jeden Donnerstag, vom 08.09 bis zum 22.09, posten wir ein neues Workout (RX + Masters). Anschließend habt ihr 6 Tage Zeit, um das jeweilige Workout zu ballern und den entsprechenden Score einzutragen. Deadline ist immer der Dienstag um 23:59 Uhr. Ganz wichtig: filmt euer Workout! Nur so können wir sicher gehen, dass wir die fittesten Maschinen unter euch zum Sieger*in küren! Für das Leaderboard genügt es auch, wenn ihr euch von einer weiteren Person judgen lasst. Von den vorderen Plätzen brauchen wir jedoch auf jeden Fall ein Video pro Workout. Denn Mitch würde gerne ein paar No Reps verteilen.

Was ist mit Scaled?
In der RX Division werden wir auch Scaled Workouts veröffentlichen. Ihr könnt dann vor jedem Workout selber entscheiden, ob ihr es als RX oder Scaled macht. Wobei RX immer höher gewertet wird.

Here's how it works
Every Thursday, from the 8th of September until the 22nd of September, we will post a new workout (RX + Masters). After that you have 6 days to complete the respective workout and enter the score. Deadline is always Tuesday at 23:59. Very important: film your workout! This is the only way we can be sure that the fittest machines among you will be crowned the winner! For the leaderboard it is also enough if you are judged by another athlete. However, we definitely need one video per workout from the top places. Because Mitch would like to distribute a few No Reps.

Workouts
German Version
Workout 1 besteht aus zwei Workouts und ergibt zwei Scores! Das erste Workout besteht aus 8 Runden Cindy. Also 8 Mal je 5 Pull-Ups, 10 Push-Ups sowie 15 Air Squats. Bei den drei Movements gilt der Standard, der auch in den Open angewendet wird. Für mehr Informationen checkt unseren Instagram-Channel und das Video von Head-Judge Mitch.
Für das erste Workout habt ihr insgesamt 10 Minuten Zeit. Solltet ihr vorher fertig sein, könnt ihr euch den Rest der Zeit ausruhen. Solltet ihr das Time-Cap ausschöpfen, beginnt mit Ablauf der 10 Minuten direkt das zweite Workout.
Scaled:
Scaled-Athlet*innen machen Jumping-Pull-Ups anstelle der Pull-Ups und dürfen die Push-Ups auf den Knien ausführen. Bitte schaut das Video für Details.
English Version
Workout 1 consists of two workouts and results in two scores! The first workout consists of 8 rounds of Cindy. That means 8 times 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 air squats. For the three movements, the standard that is also used in the Open applies. For more information, check out our Instagram channel and Head Judge Mitch's video.
You have a total of 10 minutes for the first workout. If you finish before that, you can rest for the rest of the time. If you use up the time cap, the second workout will start as soon as the 10 minutes are up.
Scaled:
Scaled athletes do jumping pull-ups instead of pull-ups and may perform push-ups on their knees. Please watch the video for details.

Das zweite Workout beginnt unmittelbar nach Ablauf des Timecaps (10 Minuten) des ersten Workouts. Es ist ein Komplex, bestehend aus 4 Deadlifts, 3 Cleans (vom Boden, egal ob Power oder Squat) und 2 Shoulder to Overhead – for max. Weight! Ihr habt insgesamt 5 Minuten Zeit, euer maximales Gewicht zu finden.
Eure Hände müssen bei diesem Komplex stets die Stange berühren. Mit Ausnahme beim Umsetzen für die Shoulder to Overhead.
Nach insgesamt 15 Minuten seid ihr erlöst. Möge die beste Score gewinnen!
English Version
The second workout begins immediately after the time cap (10 minutes) of the first workout has expired. It is a complex consisting of 4 deadlifts, 3 cleans (from the floor, no matter if power or squat) and 2 shoulder to overhead - for max. weight! You have a total of 5 minutes to find your max weight.
Your hands must be touching the bar at all times during this complex. With the exception of the repositioning for the Shoulder to Overhead.
After a total of 15 minutes, you will be redeemed. May the best score win!
