BATTLE OF BENTON PAIRS IS BACK FOR 2026!

Ready to test your fitness, teamwork, and grit? Grab your favourite training partner and secure your spot at one of the most exciting fitness competitions on the local calendar.

Whether you're stepping onto the competition floor for the first time or chasing a podium finish, Battle of Benton delivers an unforgettable day of fitness, competition, and community.

EVENT DETAILS
• Date: Sunday, 14th June 2026
• Location: Benton Gym
• Format: 5 scored events across a 10-lane competition floor inspired by big-stage events

With both indoor and outdoor arenas running simultaneously, athletes can expect a fast-paced and action-packed competition experience from start to finish.

All workouts are programmed by CrossFit Games athletes Ben and Ricky Garard and thoroughly tested by everyday Benton Gym members to ensure a fun, challenging, and accessible experience for all competitors.

Scaled Division
Designed for beginner to intermediate athletes.

RX Division
Perfect for intermediate to advanced competitors. Strategic teamwork is built into selected events, allowing partners to work together, play to their strengths, and maximize performance throughout the day.

WHAT TO EXPECT
• Live DJ and an electric competition atmosphere
• Dedicated viewing areas for family and friends
• Food trucks and refreshments available throughout the day
• Vendors showcasing the latest fitness gear and products
• Recovery zone featuring ice baths, massage guns, and Normatec boots

PRIZES
RX Division
• $1,000 cash prize for the winning team in each category

Scaled Division
• Prize packs awarded to podium winners in each category

REGISTRATION DETAILS
• Registration Opens: 6:00 PM, Thursday 26th March 2026
• Team Cap: Maximum 30 teams per category (RX & Scaled)

Once a category reaches capacity, registrations will close.

Battle of Benton sold out in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, so we encourage teams to register early to avoid missing out.
