About This Competition

Friday Night Lights is 3 weeks of a mini competition with yourself and gym buds! A new workout is released each Thursday prior to Friday Nights Lights. You will be assigned a heat and a judge to complete the workout. There will be 3 varaitions of the workout >> foundations, scaled and RX... making this an inclusive event for any and all abilities. Come celebrate your fitness, sweat, work hard and cheer your freinds on! This is our BIGGEST community event of the year!
