About This Competition
Grab your teammates and join us for CrossFit Llanelli’s Teams of Three Throwdown on Saturday 24th October 2026.
This one-day competition is all about teamwork, community and great CrossFit. Whether you’re chasing the podium or simply looking for an unforgettable day with your training partners, we’ve got a division for you.
Expect a fun, well-run event with challenging workouts, an incredible atmosphere and plenty of support from athletes and spectators alike.
Workouts will be released beforehand.

Everyday
All teams must be same sex and consist of 3 athletes.
