About This Competition
Mark your calendars for August 17 at Bladium Crossfit.
This competition is made for the 30+ crossfitters, with WODs and weights that will challenge but not petrify you. This year we changed the format to teams of MMM or FFF. Categories are 30-39 and 40+. We have great indoor and outdoor spaces for the work outs.
Grab your 30+ friends and form a team. It's gonna be epoch!

Dead Lifts
Back squat
Pull-ups, chin over
Weights: 135/95-155/105-175/115-185/125.
Partition reps as necessary.
No racks but partners can lift barbell for back squats to other teammates.
15 min Time Cap.
Note: Change in rep scheme and weight adjustment.
Weighted Box Push Shuttle on indoor turf, 45/25lb bumper on Box. Each partner will push box 2 times. Alternating with partners each of you will push the box to the mid field line on the soccer field and return. You will then repeat this pattern pushing the box to the next furthest line (45m). Upon completion you will move to the Metcon area to complete the Wallball segment of the workout.
120 Wall Balls, 20/14lb 10'/9' target. One partner holds bumper (45/25lb) overhead for Wall Ball reps to count. Partition reps as necessary.
Weighted Box Push Shuttle on indoor turf, same as above.
Scoring, for time.
If you get time capped each segment not completed will be added to your time. Each shuttle hat 2 points. One for reaching the object line and one for returning to starting position.
12 min time cap.
Odd objects sled push

Atlas Stone 95/65
Two Bumpers 45/25lb
Tire, 165/125
Team will load one object at a time (bumpers considered one object) and push to the far side of the turf and drop it off and return to start line to pickup another object.
After all objects are on the other end of the turf you will load all the objects on the sled and return them to the starting area and unload them.
Next you will take turns pushing each other on the sled one length of the turf. After the third push you will be on the far side of the turf, the three of you will return the empty sled to the starting line.
6 min Time Cap.
Tricera-Don't-Stop
Three minutes for max reps of each movement while one team member is rowing for calories for the nine minutes.
Alternating DB Snatches 50/35lb
Toes 2 bar
Burpee box overs, 24/20 in.
Partition reps and rowing as necessary.
Score is total reps plus Calories rowed.
