Scream and Clean 3
About This Competition
Scream and Clean is back and bigger than ever! Our annual fall CrossFit Competition will be teams of 1 Male and 1 Female this time around, with RX and Intermediate level divisions.
The event takes place on Saturday October 14th and starts at 8 AM sharp. The competition should end between 2:30 and 3PM.
There will be 4 events and a final workout for the top 4 teams in each division.
Wods will be posted over the next few weeks, and are subject to change at any time. These workouts are programmed meticulously by our friends at Dark Horse Method!
There are NO REFUNDS for this event. Competition Corner allows you to purchase insurance in case of an injury and we recommend purchasing it just to be safe.
Prices will go up with every 10 teams signed up, so take advantage of the early bird pricing!
Our recommended standards are below. You should be comfortable doing the following movements and weights based on the division you choose. These are not all the movements that you will necessarily see, just a guide.

Clean Ladder.
Same Barbells, starting at 85 lbs and increasing 20 lbs up to 325, with a final lift bonus bar for anyone who desires to lift beyond 325.
