15 Minute AMRAP
1 athlete working, 1 athlete resting, 1 athlete accumulating bike erg calories

22 pull-ups/toes-to-bars
Athletes can switch on the bike erg whenever they choose. This workout has 2 scores: round + reps (converted to total reps) and total calories on the bike erg.
Rx/Masters: 95/65
Scaled: 75/55
Scaled does over-the-bar burpees instead of pull-ups and knee-ups instead of toes-to-bars.
Round 1 is pull-ups, Round 2 is toes-to-bars, etc.
15 Minute AMRAP

1 athlete lifts at a time on a running clock for 15 minutes
00:00 to 05:00 - athlete A has 5 attempts
05:00 to 10:00 - athlete B has 5 attempts
10:00 to 15:00 - athlete C has 5 attempts
Non-lifting partners can help load and unload the bar. This workout has 1 score: the total of each athlete's heaviest lift. The complex must be touch and go.
15 Minute Time Cap

This is a partner relay, so each member completes a full round.
If the team completes 15 rounds under the cap, the team will accumulate max double unders (Scaled does single unders) in the remaining time. One athlete works while the other 2 rest. Every double under completed is 1 second that will be deducted from the team's time.
If you do not complete 15 rounds under the cap, every rep left will be 1 second added to the team's cap.
