**

-Female GRTs will use a 20 lb Ruck.
**
Movement Standards
The GRT stands over the MedBall with hips and knees fully extended, forming a generally straight line from shoulders to ankles.
On the command “GO,” the GRT squats to the MedBall provided (GRT must make full contact with the ball) and then stands tall. The GRT must reach full extension of the hips and knees, and their body should display a generally straight line from shoulders to ankles.
If the GRT is over 6'4", they are authorized to elevate the MedBall using a standard 45 lb plate.
**
Scoring
Participants will accumulate as many repetitions as possible in 1 minute and log their score on the competition leaderboard.
**
NO-GO / No-Rep Criteria
-GRT fails to make contact with the ball.
-GRT fails to stand tall (i.e., lacks extension of the hip or knee, or the body does not form a generally straight line when standing).
-GRT does not have the appropriate weight for their division.
-GRT does not wear a rucksack.
**
Scaling
The GRT may scale the movement by modifying the range of motion due to physical limitations or by using reduced weight. However, scaled performances will not be eligible for the Grand Prize. We encourage everyone to validate their fitness with this 1-minute challenge, but only those who perform the workout as prescribed will be eligible to win.
**
Eligibility
Anyone can participate. To be eligible to win, participants must log their score online (a participant can enter or update their score as many times as they like within the competition dates).
If a participant believes they may be in contention to win, it is recommended they record a video of their performance, as top scores will be verified via video submission.
