About This Competition

Come Join us at CrossFit Witness on December 3, 2022.  We are hosting a M/F team competition. We will have two divisions, either RX or Intermediate(Scaled) The competition is being used to raise funds to support Shop With a Cop/Hero locally in Webster County, Missouri.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE IN FIRE SERVICE OR LAW ENFORCEMENT TO PARTICIPATE. All athletes are welcome. The event is unique in the fact that when your team signs up to participate you must choose your loyalty to either Police or Fire. Upon arrival for check-in you will recieve either a red or blue shirt.  The team that ends up on top of the podium in the RX division determines whether Shop with a cop is funded or Shop with a Hero.

The events are the fun part of the competition.  Each event will be carefully constructed by a either a CrossFit Games Athlete or a prolific figure from the CrossFit space.

Check-in starts at 6:00 AM.  No refunds will be offered.  Thank You for supporting our event.  Workout details are coming!  If you have any questions or wish to support our event as a vendor, Please call or message me at 417-207-5535.

You may sign up as a volunteer utilizing this page.  Train Hard!!!  THANK YOU!!!
