Oregon Hyrox Challenge
About This Competition
Get ready for Oregon's biggest Hyrox Simulation event!
CrossFit the Den and CrossFit Iron Haven, the first two Hyrox Affiliates in Oregon, are joining forces to bring you the Oregon Hyrox Challenge: A fitness course to prepare you for the official HYROX Race! This Challenge will take place at CrossFit The Den.
Come test YOUR level of fitness and see what you are capable of!
This event will consist of ~4 miles of running intermixed with 8 Functional Fitness stations to test your strength, mobility and general physical skills:
800m Run to be completed before each of the following stations:
1000m Ski Erg
50m Sled Push
50m Sled Pull
50 Burpee Broad Jumps
1000m Row
200m Farmer Carry
80m DB Walking Lunge
75 Wall Balls
*Weights differ based on divisions
Divisions will include:
Individual Advanced Male
Individual Advanced Female
Individual Intermediate Male
Individual Intermediate Female
Double Team Male/Male
Double Team Female/Female
Double Team Mixed Gender
*Double Teams will run together, then divide the station work as pleased.
