About This Competition
JJK GAMES
SAME SEX TEAMS OF 3
This is a functional fitness competition, not CrossFit (no gymnastics or Olympic lifting, for workout examples please check out our previous competitions.
LOCATION
JJK Fitness in Hertfordshire, if you've ever been to one of our events before you'll know the atmosphere is always electric. Spectator tickets are free so if you're not competing come on down and enjoy the festival vibes.

08:30 - 15:30
The first heat/workout will start at 09:00 and with the last heat/workout to start at 14:45 (subject to change)
