About This Competition

IRON BORN BATTLE 2025!!!

Individual CrossFit Competition in Ansbach.

Im letzten Jahr entstand ein unvergesslicher Wettkampf, der den Athleten alles abverlangt hat. 

Dieses Jahr wird der Wettkampf über 2 Tage stattfinden. Vom 19.07.25 - 20.07.25 werden Rx- und Scaled-Athleten:innen in 6 Workouts gegeneinander antreten, um den Sieger des Iron Born Battles 2025 zu ermitteln.

 

Divisions:

- Male Rx

- Female Rx

- Male Scaled

- Female Scaled

 

Teilnehmeranzahl:

- 20 Athleten:innen pro Division

 

Preise:

Die ersten 3 Plätze pro Division erhalten coole Sachpreise.

Außerdem erhält jeder Teilnehmer ein Iron-Born-Battle-Shirt und eine Goody-Bag zur Begrüßung. 

 

Anforderungen:

Rx

Ihr solltet alle Open Workouts im Rx Standard absolvieren können.

- Gymnastik Skills: Handstand Walk, Handstand Push ups, Toes to Bar, Bar Muscle Ups, Pull ups in allen Variationen

- Barbell: Clean & Jerk M 80kg / F 50kg, Snatch M 60kg / 40kg

- Dumbbell: M 22,5kg / F 15kg 

 

Scaled

Ihr solltet alle Open Workouts im Scaled Standard absolvieren können.

- Gymnastik skills: knee Raises, Wall walks, Single Unders

- Barbell: Clean & Jerk M 50kg / F 35kg, Snatch M 40kg / 25kg

- Dumbbell: M 15kg / F 10kg

 

Teilnahme & Anmeldung:

Die Anmeldung erfolgt über Competition Corner.

Für die Teilnahme gilt first come, first serve!

Die ersten 20 angemeldeten Athleten pro Division erhalten einen Platz für das Iron Born Battle 2025. Alle weiteren Anmeldungen landen auf der Warteliste und werden informiert, falls ein Teilnehmer ausfällt.

Um die Sieger aus dem letzten Jahr zu belohnen, erhalten alle Erstplatzierten des Iron Born Battles 2024 aus jeder Division eine Wildcard für dieses Jahr.

Elimination Style:

Alle Athleten absolvieren das Workout. Danach werden ¼ des Feldes eliminiert. Die Langsamsten fliegen raus. Anschließend wird das Workout solange wiederholt, bis nur noch ¼ der Athleten übrig sind. Diese bestreiten das Finale.
