About This Competition
2022 Fall Season of CHLKDUP BOX LEAGUE - NSHVL, presented by Caffeinated & Confident.
Box League is a 4 week, league format competition.
Dates for this season are as follows:
10/30, 11/6, 11/13, 11/20
Divisions include SCLD | INTRMDT | RX: COED teams of 2
SCLD: Deadlift (225/155), Thruster (75/55), Clean & Jerk (115/75), Snatch (95/65), DB Movements (35/25), Hand Release Push-Up, Kipping Pull-ups, Over Head Lunge, Box Jump (24/20), Single Unders, Wall Ball Shots (14/10), Sandbag Cleans (100/50)
Scaled athletes will not be expected to perform advanced gymnastics, or lift heavy weight, but should be familiar with basic barbell movements and bodyweight exercises.
INTRMDT: Deadlift (275/185), Thruster (95/65), Clean & Jerk (135/95), Snatch (135/95), DB Movements (50/35), HSPU (Kipping), Chest To Bar Pull-up, Over Head Lunge, Box Jumps (24/20), Double Unders, Wall Ball Shots - High Target (24/20), Sand Bag Clean (125/75)
Intermediate athletes should be able to perform the majority of Crossfit workouts as prescribed - to include BMU, HPSU, T2B, Double Unders, Moderate to Heavy Barbell & DB Lifts.
RX: Deadlift (315/225), Thruster (115/75), Clean & Jerk (185/125), Snatch (155/105), DB Movements (70/50), HSPU - (Strict / Deficit), Bar Muscle Up, Hand Stand Walk, Box Jump (30/24), Double Unders, Wall Ball Shots (Heavy / High Target), Sand Bag Clean (150/100)
RX Athletes should be able to perform all Crossfit workouts as prescribed - to include RMU, BMU, HSW, HSPU, T2B, Double Unders, Heavy Barbell & DB Lifts.
Alternate Policy: If an alternate is used more than once(per team) during the season, the team will receive a scoring penalty for the week the alternate is present. Alternates must be assigned at registration - 1 female alternate / 1 male alternate.
