Format et déroulement de la journée :
Les équipes de 6 seront découpées en 3 binomes qui seront toujours les mêmes tout au long de la journée.
Un binome H/H, et 2 binomes Mixtes.

1 Workout Binome A + Binome B
1 Workout Binome A + Binome C
1 Workout Binome B + Binome C
Les Workouts seront connus dans la semaine qui précéde la compétition afin que les équipes puissent organiser leurs tactiques afin que les binomes soient répartis au mieux sur chaque WorKout.
Tarif : 90e par team (pour acheter des pansements et de la bière)
