360 Games: Protecting Our Coastlines Since 2021
Since 2021, the 360 Games has been dedicated to supporting the Surf Lifesaving Sunshine Coast Branch through a series of engaging and impactful events. These events are designed to raise essential funds, ensuring that our volunteer lifeguards receive the crucial training they need to keep our beaches safe.
By participating in the 360 Games, you are not just joining a fun and exciting event you are becoming a vital part of a community effort to protect our coastlines. Your involvement directly supports the brave men and women who safeguard our shores, making a real difference in their ability to respond to emergencies and save lives.

To raise 35K for Surf Lifesaving Sunshine Coast through the Perform 360 Games and the combined efforts of our community.
2024 Games Vision
To Build a community that rallies around the P360 Games year on year, uniting Surflifesaving Sunshine Coast staff, event sponsors, and P360 members. Together, we promote health, inclusion, and meaningful contributions, making each P360 Games a celebration of community spirit and shared purpose.

"A Tribute to Cal"
In memory of Coach Cal, we tragically lost a dear friend, colleague, and expert Strength and Conditioning coach on April 30th, 2021. The incident occurred on the Sunshine Coast and deeply affected his family, friends, and community. Callum played a vital role in the success of Perform 360 and had a profound, positive impact on countless members who were fortunate enough to be coached by him. Even today, his presence is strongly felt at Perform 360.

Teams of two

Two categories
Everest (advanced)
K2 (beginner/intermediate)
EVEREST (advanced)

Location - Perform360 5/100 Pickering St, Enoggera
Time - 7am start. Arrive 6:30am
Finish time - 1pm (approx)
Workouts - 3 per team
Workout duration - approx 8 - 15min ea
Awards Presentation - 1pm (approx)
Proposed Schedule - Approx 25 teams per hour
- WO #1 7am -9am (all teams)
- WO #2 9am - 11am (all teams)
- WO #3 11am - 1pm (all teams)
What to Bring - Hydration, snacks, towel, lifting gear (belt, chalk, shoes)
Ample Parking - Onsite or around the back of Bursons
No refunds - Can swap to another competitor by the registration cut-off date of 16th Aug

Buy-in - Bike Calories
Each Male - 50 Cals
Each Female - 35 Cals
Then into Descending Ladder 10/8/6/4/2
Exercise 1. DB Thruster
Exercise 2. Lateral Burpee over DB
Once Part A is completed, immediately go into Part B
Part B
If you have time remaining complete.
Max Calories on Bike for Points. 1 cal = 1 point
The more Cals on the Bike = more points (Partners can alternate turns as required)
