Workouts
Strength Ladder
Athletes will work through a progressively heavier set of six barbells. Athletes will get 0:45 to complete a single rep of their choice of Deadlift(1pt), Clean(2pt) or Clean and Jerk(3pt). If they complete the bar, they get :15 to move on to the next bar.
You must declare what lift you are doing before the start of each bar to your judge. You may not change your mind once you begin your lift.

Scaled Weights (M/F)
135/95, 155/105, 175/115, 195/125, 210/130, 225/135
This event will be a relay style workout through Diane and Fran, straight into a combined effort on Nasty Girls.
Teams get to choose which partner starts with Diane. Once they complete that workout, they tag their partner in to complete Fran.
Once the second partner completes Fran, oth teammates may begin working on Nasty Girls with only one partner working at a time.
The whole workout is for time with an 18:00 time cap.
