ONLINE INDIVIDUAL SCALED COMPETITION

FROM GRIND IT OUT COMPETITIONS ORGANISER

 

3 WORKOUTS RELEASED OVER 3 WEEKS STARTING 18TH JULY. WORKOUTS WILL RELEASE ON THE MONDAY FOR SUBMISSION ON THE SUNDAY EVE.

ALL WORKOUTS WILL REQUIRE VIDEO SUBMISSION

 

WORKOUT STANDARDS ARE AIMED FOR THE SCALED. USING THE OPEN SCALED STANDARDS AS A GUIDLINE FOR DIFFICULTY.

PLYO BOX 24/20"

BARBELL WITH ASSORTED WEIGHTS

SKIPPING ROPE

PULL UP BAR

25FT OF SPACE

CONCEPT 2 ROWER

 

PRIZES FOR WINNERS ARE UP FOR GRABS.

GRAB A FRIEND HIT IT UP IN YOUR BOX, A GREAT INTRO AND PRACTICE RUN FOR THOSE THAT ARE LOOKING TO COMPETE IN THE FUTURE.
