OXHOUSE TEAM SERIES

SAME SEX TEAMS OF 4: SUNDAY 4TH JUNE 2023

- Compete over 3 WODS and a Final event in our single day competition

- Free team t-shirt for all registered athletes

- WODS will include functional movements including ergs, gymnastics, barbells, dumbbells with options to scale.

No qualifiers - open to all levels

Prizes for 1ST, 2ND, and 3RD

Athlete registration: 7.30AM | WOD briefing: 8AM | WOD 1 Heat 1: 9AM
