Same Sex Pairs Males (Rx Division)
Same Sex Pairs Female (Scaled/Rx Division)
AND Mixed Masters Pairs (Combined age of 80) !!

Rx Standards
- Pull Ups
- T2B
- All DB Movements with 22.5/15kg DB
- All KB Movements with 24/16kg KB
- DU’s
- Barbell Cycling 60/40kg
Scaled Standards
- Assisted Pull ups
- Knee raises
- All DB Movements with 12.5kg DB
- All KB Movements with 12kg KB
- Single skipping
- Barbell Cycling 30kg
Masters Standards
- Pull Ups
- T2B
- All DB Movements with 15kg/12.5kg DB
- All KB Movements with 16/12kg KB
- DU’s
- Barbell Cycling 50/35kg
The above movement standards are only guidelines to give you an idea of which category is best for you.

Only 1 ticket is required per team.

Tickets are non-refundable - (in the event of the entire team needing to withdraw, you can arrange re-allocation of tickets to a new team up to 7 days before the event begins - just make sure to contact us).

TOP 3 Pairs (Rx Males, Rx Females, Scaled Females and Mixed Masters) will make it to the final battle where all scores will be zeroed to fight for a PODIUM PLACE !!
