Compete In the most exciting individual competition of the year on the 19th Of June 2022 In The Ultimate Competition Box In Denmark – HCA CrossFit.

You can always be sure that we will take your individual experience to another level with awesome podium prizes!!

This competition is for individual athletes!

We welcome three divisions to compete in this epic event. You can choose to compete in the divisions SCALED MALE, SCALED FEMALE, INTERMEDIATE MALE, INTERMEDIATE FEMALE, MASTERS MALE, MASTERS FEMALE.

We can promise you an awesome competition experience, with competent programming and optimal competition environment and equipment throughout the whole day.

Our goal is to give all our athletes epic memories with each other that will last a lifetime. Throughout the day of competition, there will be 3-4 workouts and 1 final WOD – We kick off at 7am, so be ready to test your strength, conditioning and overall toughness.
