About This Competition

Der Capital Bash ist ein Functional Fitness Event in Bern, der Hauptstadt der Schweiz.

Mit seinem innovativen Konzept, bei dem die Athletinnen und Athleten als Team antreten, dann aber sowohl Einzel- als auch Teamwettkämpfe absolvieren, ist es einzigartig in der Welt der Functional Fitness.

Das Wettkampfkonzept basiert auf gemischten Zweierteams, die während zwei Tagen sowohl als Team als auch abwechselnd einzeln in verschiedenen Disziplinen antreten. Die Wettkämpfe werden eine Mischung aus klassischen funktionellen Übungen und Tests sein, die die Athletinnen und Athleten zwingen, ihre gewohnten Bewegungsmuster in einem ungewohnten Kontext anzuwenden.

Qualifier mit 3 Workouts, die an einem Tag absolviert werden müssen.

Die Qualifikation
Drei Workouts
Je ein Individual Workout pro Athlet*In und ein Team Workout
Alle drei Workouts müssen innerhalb von 3 Stunden absolviert und in der vorgegebenen Reihenfolge gefilmt werden.
Die 24 besten Teams werden zum Wettbewerb eingeladen.
