About This Competition
HOTBOX CrossFit same sex pairs competition!
2 athletes of the same sex compete in each team.
SCALED COMP - Saturday the 6th April
RX COMP - Sunday the 7th April.
The venue is HOTBOX CrossFit based in Heysham , Lancashire.
Each day of competition will start at 9am and finish around 2pm.
There are 3 scored workouts for the scaled comp.
There are 3 scored workouts plus a final for the top 5 teams in the RX category.
Should I compete in RX or scaled category ??
If you took part in the open and did the workouts RX then you should be in the Rx category with us . The same applies for scaled , if you had to scale an open WOD then you should be in the scaled category .
