About This Competition
1 Day outdoor functional fitness event for mixed teams of 4. MM/FF.
The Ranch is held in the heart of the North East countryside. Expect bigger, better, tougher events than you have seen before utilizing a variety of classic and unusual CrossFit and functional fitness equipment.
Multiple events will be carried out over the weekend testing all aspects of team strength and fitness. This event is open to teams of all abilities and options will be given for all workouts. You should however expect tough CrossFit style programming, gymnastic elements, trail running, odd object carrying, and obstacles!
In short, everyone is welcome but expect the unexpected!

Workouts
Amrap 12 for max Cals on the rower. To be completed by the pair who are not running. Athletes can switch on the rower at any point and as many times as desired but must complete a farmer's carry lap before being allowed to row again.

Scaling sandbag to 40kg or 30kg = 40m sprint

30 Log Squats (any 2) + Advance log 5m
20 Sync Pullups (any 2)
30 Log Push Press + Advance log 5m
20 CTB Pullups (any 1)
30 Log Thrusters + Advance log 5m (any 2)

TTB - all 4 complete 30 sync linked sit-ups
Pull-ups - 30 Sync burpee to rig (any 2)
CTB Pullups - whole team completes 2 laps of arena
