Our annual event is one you do not want to miss. Registration is LIVE! We are offering Rx, Scaled, and Masters 40+ divisions for same-sex partner teams!

Scaled: WB = 14/10 @ 10'/9' & hanging knee-raises
Description & Standards:
Two scores for the first workout. As many rounds and reps as possible & time it takes to complete the 2k row. Doesn't matter who does what or how the team decides to break it up. Only one athlete works on the AMRAP and row at a time.

1RM clean & jerk
Each athlete gets 3 attempts. 1 attempt from each athlete will count for a combined total weight.

Description & Standards:
Bars can be preloaded by the teams. Any type of clean is allowed and any type of jerk or press. Each athlete only gets 3 attempts in any order. We will count 1 successful lift form each team member. A combined weight will equal the total score for this event. If an athlete has 3 failed attempts, they would receive a 0 for their weight.

9 hang cleans
7 shoulder-to-overheads
5 lateral bar burpees
Rx: 135/95
Masters: 115/75
Scaled: 95/65 & athletes can step over bar for lateral burpees
Alternate COMPLETE rounds. Score will be total amount of rounds and reps completed.
Description & Standards:
One athlete works at a time, each partner completes a FULL round before they switch. Any clean and any pressing or jerk is allowed.
