Intermediate – Chest to bar pull ups, moderate load barbell work

WODS:
WOD 1: Snatch Ladder
1 min per station
- Men’s Advanced: 165 to 275 by 10#
- Women’s Advanced: 105 to 160 by 5#
- Men’s Intermediate: 105 to 215 by 10#
- Women’s Intermediate: 65 to 120 by 5#
Competitors may take as many snatch attempts as they need during the 1 min interval. If unable to complete the snatch, complete as many C&J as possible within the remaining time as a tie-breaker.
