About This Competition
The Wellness Wod is an online Competition aiming to raise awareness and funds for Postpartum Mental Health - in men and women,
Wether you are a parent or just keen to get involved - this is for you!
This same sex partner wod can be completed at your own gym/box at anytime over the week of 30/4 - 7/5 and must be filmed.
With Rx, Intermediate and Beginner options to pick from.
Workout will be released on the 30th April.
Registration closes 5/5 and all scores must be submited by 7/5 to be in the draw for winning and prize money!
