Beast Mode- Partner (Same Gender)
About This Competition
Put your training to the test. Can you finish the Beast Mode Games with your push partner. The workout will be released in in Mid October. You will notice the workouts are functional fitness movements that all gyms, trainers and individuals have perform. Or should have performed at some point. Start training now so you can be prepared for the workout. We welcome all fitness levels.
We do not have a return policy. All of our competitons have limited space. If you need to substituate an athlete, you can do that before the deadline.

📍 8 MINUTES NONSTOP on thebike and ski erg.
🧑🤝🧑 You + your partner working together!
🔥 THE CATCH:
➡️ Event points go to the partners combine calories calories.

➡️ Get as many DEADLIFTS as possible.
➡️ BUT before each set of deadlifts, complete 10 HAND-RELEASE PUSH-UPS.
🧑🤝🧑 You and your partner can switch anytime—but remember the push-ups before you lift!
Damn Devil Press – Partner style: one works, one rests!
Goal: Max reps! Every positive rep = 1 point for your team.
Requirements:
✅ Chest, stomach, and thighs must hit the ground.
✅ Legs and arms must fully lock out.
Weight Divisions:
• Men: 30 lb dumbbells (dual)
• Women: 20 lb dumbbells (dual)
💥 Every time you hit the target, you score a point for your team.
🕒 8-Minute Interval
• One athlete works while the other rests.
• Switch anytime!
✅ Rules
• Athlete working must be in the workout zone.
• Resting athlete stays in the square.
• Hit your butt to the 12-inch box!
✅ Targets
• Women: 9-foot target | 14 lb wall ball
• Men: 10-foot target | 20 lb wall ball
✅ Both athletes will be on the rower.
✅ Both athletes will continuously go for 8 minutes to get as many calories as possible.
✅ The athlete with the least amount of calories will give you your team score.
Example
Athlete 1: 142 calories
Athlete 2: 111 calories
Team Score: 11 Points
