Workouts
Male teams of 3 - 2700m Row for time
Female teams of 3 - 2250m Row for time
*Every 2 minutes all athletes must complete:
8 Sync big bar deadlifts
5 Sync Burpee over big bar.
**Every 750/900m completed on row an athlete from your team must move marker to next checkpoint.
Rules.
-Split row as you see fit in your 3, all athletes must be off rower completing the work every 2mins and back on row until next 2min segment.
-Upon completion of row all athletes must run to last checkpoint and be standing on box for time. (Time taken from main clock)
-If you finish row in time but don’t manage to get all athletes standing on box then your score is Cap+1.
-Same weights and workout for all categories.
*Score = Time all athletes are stood on box. Failure to finish is Cap+Reps (Metres left on row)

Adjustments to workout for different categories:
-Rx & Masters Categories complete above.
-Intermediate & Vets:
TTB to 4reps, BMU to Pull ups.
-Scaled:
TTB to knee Raise (Same reps), BMU to KB swings 6 reps.
Find Max weight for overhead lunge:
Distance A to B.
Rules.
Have as many attempts as you want in the time cap provided.
*Score is all athletes successful weights combined together.
