Individuals and Mixed Pairs 2023

All Individual categories - Saturday 19th August

All Mixed Pairs categories - Sunday 20th August

 

Athletes can enter Individuals, Mixed Pairs or BOTH (category dependent)

 

Individuals

RX Male and Female

Intermediate Male and Female

Scaled Male and Female

Masters 35-39 Male and Female

Masters 40+ Male and Female

 

Masters athletes of any age have the option of entering the main RX, Intermediate or Scaled categories if the movement standards associated with your age doesn't match your ability level

 

Mixed Pairs

RX

Intermediate

Masters 35-39

Masters 40+

 

Qualifiers

Q1 - May 29th - June 4th

Q2 - June 5th - June 11th

Q3 - June 12th - June 18th

 

You will not need to complete the qualifiers twice if you opt to enter both individual and mixed pairs. You will be able to add an accumulative score for you and your partner based on the individual scores you both have

 

Minimum Movement Standards (Individuals and Mixed Pairs)

RX & Masters 35-39

Deadlift - 120/90kg, Ground-to-Overhead 80/55kg, Bar Muscle-Up, Handstand Walk, Toes-to-Bar

 

Intermediate & Masters 40+

Deadlift 100/70kg, Ground-to-Overhead 70/47.5kg, Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups, Handstand Push-Ups, Toes-to-Bar, Box Jumps, Double-Unders

 

Scaled & Teens

Deadlift 90/60kg (Teens 60/42.5kg), Ground-to-Overhead 60/42.5kg (Teens 42.5/30kg), Pull-Ups, Leg Raises, Box Step-Ups 24/20"
