Three Weeks. Three Friday Night Lights Throwdowns. One Epic Competition. 🔥 Get ready for the 2025 Unbroken Athletic Intramural Open—our in-house, team-based competition that brings the energy, fun, and community of the CrossFit Open to YOU! Whether you’re here to compete, challenge yourself, or just have a blast with your gym family, this event is for everyone—no experience required! Event Details: 📍 Friday Night Lights Workouts 🗓 Feb 28 | March 7 | March 14 ⏰ 4:30 – 6:45 PM at Unbroken Athletic 🎭 Themed Weeks & Team Competition • Get drafted onto a team and earn points for performance, participation, and team spirit! • Each week will feature a new theme to keep the fun going. 🏆 Awards Banquet & Celebration 🗓 Saturday, March 22 | Noon – 4:00 PM 📍 Fat Head’s Brewery – North Olmsted • Enjoy food, Fun, and awards for standout performances, biggest hype squad, and more! *You can add adult ($20) and child ($10) tickets to the Awards Banquet 💰 Registration Includes: ✔ Entry into the Intramural Open ✔ Custom Unbroken Athletic Open T-Shirt or Tank ✔ Ticket to the Awards Banquet at Fat Head’s Don’t miss out on the most exciting event of the year! As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.

♂ 50-lb (22.5-kg) dumbbell

  • Complete the workout (Scaled or RX) – 5 pt
  • Judge another athlete – 1 pt
  • Hit a PR or do an RX movement for the first time – 2 pts
  • Post about the Open on social media & tag us – 2 pts (1x per week, if you don't have social media, google reviews work too.)
  • Complete the workout during Friday Night Lights – 2 pts
  • Participate in the theme of the week – 1 pt
