About This Competition

Elite Fitness Games is a high-level competition where domestic/foreign female and male athletes between the ages of 18-54 will compete.

This competition, in which approximately 1000 athletes will compete in the online qualification and 285 athletes in the final, will consist of 6 different categories and will last for 2 days (30 September - 1 October 2023) in İzmir International Fair in Gaziemir/İzmir. 

The entire competition will be broadcast live on YouTube. This live broadcast is expected to reach 20,000 people.

The competition will be held as part of a major sports fair including an event organized by Body Building and Fitness Federation of Turkey, e-sports competitions and fair area for major sports brands. Approximately 25,000 participants are expected to visit the fair area during the event.

The divisions for the event will be as follows:

Divisions that require online qualification:

  • Master 40+ Man

Divisions that does not require online qualification:

  • Master 35+ Woman (No online qualification required)

Ön Eleme Antrenmanı için belirli kurallar ve gereklilikler bulunmaktadır.
- Ekipmanlar antrenman öncesinde sporcu ve kategorisi için tanıtılmalıdır.
- Antrenman için belirlenen hedef çizgisi (erkeklerde 3,05m, kadınlarda 2,75m) bantla işaretlenmeli ve cinsiyete göre doğru ölçülerde olmalıdır.
- Antrenman videosu kesintisiz olarak çekilmeli ve ekipmanlar kadrajın dışına çıkmamalıdır.
- Kürek hareketine oturarak başlanır ve monitörde başlangıç "0" olarak gösterilerek antrenman başlar.
- Kürek çeken kişi ve monitörü kamera kaydında net ve kesintisiz görünmelidir. İstenen skor tam olarak görünene kadar kürekten kalkılmamalıdır.
- Kürek hareketini tamamlayan sporcu sağlık topunu alarak işaretlenen hedefe doğru atmaya başlar. Squat hareketinde sporcu kalçasını 90 derecenin altına indirmeli ve hareket standartlarına uyan tekrarlar skora dahil edilir.
- Eleme antrenmanı süresinde sporcu en hızlı şekilde bitirmeye çalışır, ancak süre içinde bitiremezse doğru tekrar sayısı skor olarak kabul edilir.
- No rep durumunda, eğer süre sınırından önce bitirilmişse, her no rep için 5 saniye süreye eklenir.

-Kürek için Concept 2 marka ergo ekipmanının kullanılması gerekmektedir.

Video Submission Requirements:

- The athete, his/her division and all equipments must be introduced before the training session.
- For this particular training, the target line where the ball will be thrown (3.05m for men, 2.75m for women) is marked with a tape. 
- The training session begins with the athlete taking their position without any interruptions or the equipment going out of frame.
- The rowing motion starts with the athlete sitting on the rowing machine and gripping the rowing handle when the timer starts.
- Both the rower and the rowing machine's monitor should be continuously and clearly visible in the camera recording.
- The rowing session begins with the monitor showing "0" as the starting point.
- The athlete cannot get off the rowing machine until the desired score is fully visible.
- After completing the rowing, the athlete proceeds to the marked target and picks up the medicine ball from the ground in a squat position, then starts throwing it towards the target.
- The squat movement starts with the medicine ball held with both hands at chest level, and the athlete squats and follows it with standing up, then throws the ball onto the marked line. Repetitions that meet the movement standards are included in the score.
- In the camera recording, it is crucial to clearly see the athlete's hips going below 90 degrees during the squat movement.
- During the pre-qualification training, the athlete strives to finish as quickly as possible.
- If the training is not completed within the competition time, the score is determined based on the number of correct repetitions achieved within that time and used for ranking.
- In the case of a "no rep," if it is completed before the time limit, an additional 5 seconds are added to the time for each "no rep."

-For rowing, Concept 2 Ergo machine is required.

EFG 23.2 A/B Ön Eleme Antrenmanı

1- Sporcu kendi cinsiyetine ve kategorisine uygun ağırlığı hazırlar kendisini tanıtır
2-Zamanın başlatılması ile ilk 5 dakika AMRAP hang to over head yapar.
3- Hareket için istenen standartlar şöyledir;
- Ağırlık yerden her alındığında önce deadlift yapılarak hang tutuş gösterilir ve akabinde harekete başlanır
- Atlet, hang to overhead hereketini, isterse hang power clean & jerk isterse hang power snatch yöntemi ile yapabilir.
- Baş üstündeyken diz, kalça, omuz, dirsek, ve bar aynı hizada olacak ve tüm eklemler yükü taşıyacak şekilde tam açık olacak ve kamera kaydında şüpheye mahal vermeyecek şekilde görünmelidir. Bar aşağıdayken de dirsekler tam açılmalıdır ve kamera da net bir şekilde görülmelidir.

- Atlet barı hang pozisyonunda yere değdirmeden istediği gibi dinlenebilir.
- Eğer ağırlığın herhangi bir bölgesi atlet hariç bir yere değerse. (rack sehba yer v.s.) ceza olarak 4 adet box jumo over ya da step up over hareketi yapar.
- Box jump over ve step up over hareketinin standartları ayaklar box’ın üzerine ve yere aynı zaman diliminde değmelidir.
- 23.2 / A bölümünde skor olarak atletin başarılı olarak tamamladığı hang to overhead tekrar sayısı alınacaktır.
- Bu kısmını 5 dakika da tamamlayan yarışmacı 2 dakika dinlenir .
- 3 ncü kısımda kaldırılacak ağırlıklar için yarışmacı yardım alabilir. Tek şart 1 bar olmak zorunda dır.
- Video kayıt süresince yarışmacı ve bar kadrajda olmak zorundadır.  
- Tek seferde kaldırılabilen en ağır clean hareketi istenmektedir.
- Yarışmacı kendisi istediği teknikle clean harketini yapar. (Power clean, squat clean)
- Tek şart ayak tabanları hariç hiçbir vücut parçası yere değmeden kaldırışı tamamlamalıdır.
- Kaldırış tamamlandığında ağırlık, omuz, kalça ve ayaklar aynı hizada olmalıdır. Tüm eklemlerin açık olduğu ve kaldırışın tamamlandığı şüpheye mahal vermeyecek netlkte görünmelidir.

Qualifying Training EFG 23.2 A/B

1-The athlete prepares the appropriate weight for their gender and category and introduces themselves.
2-Starting the timer, the athlete performs an AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) for the first 5 minutes of Hang to Overhead.
3-The required standards for the movement are as follows:

-When picking up the weight from the ground, the athlete starts with a deadlift, demonstrating the hang grip, and then begins the movement.
-The athlete can choose to perform the hang to overhead movement either as a hang power clean & jerk or a hang power snatch.
-While overhead, the knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, and the bar should be in alignment and fully extended, supporting the load, and visibly clear without any doubts in the camera recording.When the bar is down, the elbows should be fully extended and clearly visible on the camera.
-The athlete can rest the bar in the hang position without touching the ground.
-If any part of the weight touches anywhere other than the athlete (rack, table, etc.), a penalty of 4 box jump overs or step-up overs is given.
-The standards for box jump overs and step-up overs require both feet to touch the top of the box and the ground at the same time.
-In Section 23.2/A, the athlete's score is based on the number of successful hang to overhead repetitions completed.

-The athlete who completes this part within 5 minutes will have a 2-minute rest.

-In the third section, the athlete can seek assistance for loading the weights. The only requirement is to use one bar.
-The heaviest clean movement that can be lifted in a single attempt is requested.
-The athlete can perform the clean movement using the technique of their choice (power clean, squat clean).
-The only requirement is that no body part, except for the soles of the feet, touches the ground during the lift.
-When the lift is completed, the weight, shoulders, hips, and feet should be in alignment. All joints should be fully extended, and the lift should be visibly clear without any doubts.
