About This Competition

- This is an Online Competition for Individual athletes that will consist of 6 WODs to help you prep for the CF Open. Workouts will be released the night before, and then due on the following dates: Jan17/Jan20/Jan24/Jan27/Jan31/Feb3

- Each workout will have a 24hr window to be completed and submitted with a video. Workout submission windows will be on Fridays and Mondays because that is when most people do and redo the CF Open Workouts.

- There will be two separate divisions for both Male and Female athletes, RX and Scaled. We will stay as true to the Open as we can, only using equipment and standards that we have seen in the past.

- Our goal is to have fun, do hard workouts, and get you prepared for the CF Open with chances to win prizes while competing against fellow friends and competitors from around the world!

- No Refunds
