About This Competition
The CrossFit Bosham Summer Comp is a celebration of fitness, teamwork and community. Across four varied events, teams of eight will be tested through strength, endurance, coordination and strategy, with success relying just as much on communication and teamwork as athletic ability. Whether you're chasing a podium finish or simply taking part with friends, expect challenging workouts, plenty of support from the sidelines and a brilliant day of competition.

EVENT 2: THE GAMBLE
Workout
Athletes have one minute at each barbell.
For each barbell they may choose:
Deadlift = 1 Point
Clean = 2 Points
Snatch = 3 Points
Maximum Score = 15 Points
Only one score may be earned per barbell. The maximum possible score is 15 points, achieved by successfully snatching all five barbells. Athletes cannot accumulate points by completing multiple lift variations on the same barbell.

EVENT 4: THE GAUNTLET

30 Synchronised Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (All 8 Athletes) (1x 20, 17.5, 15, 12.5, 10, 9, 8, 7)
Then:
30 Synchronised Wall Balls (each team will get a 9kg, 6kg, 3kg ball) (Pair 1)
30 Synchronised AbMat Sit-Ups (Pair 2)
30 Synchronised American Kettlebell Swings (each team will get a 24kg, 16kg and 8kg kettlebell) (Pair 3)
30 Synchronised Lunges (Pair 4)
30 Synchronised Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (All 8 Athletes)
Then:
30 Synchronised Lunges (Any pair)
30 Synchronised Kettlebell Swings (Any pair)
30 Synchronised AbMat Sit-Ups (Any pair)
30 Synchronised Wall Balls (Any pair)
