    Womens  (14 lbs / Target 2m74 (9 feet))

    Girls (10 lbs / Target 2m74 (9 feet))

 

FR: L’athlète commence le WOD avec la barre déjà chargée. Aide extérieure pour charger la barre autorisée.
Collier de serrage obligatoire.
Le compteur de l’assault bike doit être remis à 0 à chaque tour par le juge, une personne extérieure ou l’athlète.
Score A: 1 RM Clean des 3 premières minutes + 1 RM Clean des 3 dernières minutes.
Score B: Total des reps sur AMRAP 7 minutes.

EN : Athlete start the WOD with a loaded bar. An external help can load the bar for the athlete.
Collars are needed.
Athlete, judge or external person must put the assault bike meter back to 0 at each round.
Score A: 1RM Clean (first 3’) + 1RM Clean (last 3’).

  • 9 Deadlift Snatch Grip
  • 6 Hang Power Snatch
  • 3 Overhead Squat

FR: Complex unbroken obligatoire pour toutes catégories.
Si l’athlète échoue son complex, il doit le refaire entièrement.
Prise inversée non autorisée, pas de changement de grip, ni de position des mains.
Le compteur du rameur doit être remis à 0 par l’athlète, le juge ou toute autre personne extérieure.

EN : Complex Snatch has to be executed unbroken.
If the athlete fails on his complex,he has to restart his Complex Snatch.
Reverse Grip not allowed, no grip change.
The row meter need to be set up on 0 before Buy In and Buy Out
