Anforderungen RX:
Du machst die Workouts in deiner Box oder bei den Open vorrangig ohne Skalierung? Dann ist das die richtige Division für dich!
- 1RM Clean & Jerk: 80kg/55kg
- 1RM Snatch: 60kg/40kg
- Dumbbell Movements: 22,5kg/15kg
- Kettlebell Movements: 24kg/16kg
- Gymnastics:
- Double Under (mind. 1 Athlet)
- Toes To Bar
- Chest To Bar Pull Ups
- Handstand Push Ups
- Bar Muscle Ups (mind. 1 Athlet)

Workouts
Part A:
Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
- 2 synchronized devil presses * (1x 22,5kg/1x 15kg)
- 10 shuttle runs ** (1 rep = 7,5m out/7,5m back)
*add 2 devil presses after each round
**split as you want
Part B begins immediately upon completing Part A.
Part B:
Immediately following Part A, athletes will have 5 minutes to complete as many reps as possible of:
- Touch and Go Partner Deadlifts * (120kg)
*athletes have to do 3 syhnchronized burpees every time they drop the barbell
For Time:
- 20 Wall Walks (Open Standard)
- 40 Chest To Bar Pull Ups
- 60 Toes To Bar
- 80 Shoulder To Overhead (2x22,5kg/2x15kg)
- 100 Wall Balls (9kg/6kg)
- 120 Double Under
Time Cap: 14 minutes
One partner works, the other rests.
Split as you want!
From 0:00 to 4:00, each athlete has to complete (I Go, You Go):
- 1 Kettlebell Flow *
- In the remaining time, both athletes have to complete (simultaneously, but not synchro):
- 6 Squat Snatches (50kg/35kg) **
From 4:00 to 8:00, each athlete has to complete (I Go, You Go):
- 1 Kettlebell Flow *
- In the remaining time, both athletes have to complete (simultaneously, but not synchro):
- 4 Squat Snatches (60kg/40kg) **
From 8:00 to 12:00, each athlete has to complete (I Go, You Go):
- 1 Kettlebell Flow *
- In the remaining time, both athletes have to complete (simultaneously, but not synchro):
- 2 Squat Snatches (70kg/45kg)
*1 Kettlebell Flow = 10 KB Box Step Over, 10 American KB Swings, 10 KB Back Stepping Lunges (1x24kg/1x16kg)
**If completed within the cap, rest the remaining time. The team advances to the next stage
