About This Competition
Join us for the 5th annual Cleaver Classic, hosted by Butchertown CrossFit!
Competition consists of Teams of 4 (2m/2f) - RX and scaled divisions. Guaranteed 3 workouts + final WOD for top 3 teams in each division.
BTCF prides itself on hosting an efficient and FUN team competition!
Cash prizes for RX podium finishers.
SWEET swag bags and athlete t-shirts for all competitors.
Event tickets are non-refundable, but substitutions are allowed. Please email us in the event this occurs.

Workouts
Floater will be annouced on the day of the competition.
20 min workout AMRAP:
A minimum of 1 athlete must work through each AMRAP during each 6 minute section.
However, as many as 3 athletes can work on each AMRAP section, remember, 1 athlete MUST be riding the bike at all times.
6 min AMRAP
5 Burpees, 5 Pull Ups(Jumping Pull-ups scaled), 5 Thrusters (95/65 RX, 75/55 Scaled)
Rest 1 min
6 min AMRAP
5 Burpees, 5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (regular pullups - Scaled), 5 Thrusters (115/85, 95/65 scaled)
Rest 1 min
6 min AMRAP
5 Burpees, 5 Bar Muscle Ups (jumping C2B - scaled), 5 Thrusters (135/95, 115/85 scaled)
Rules:
1 Person MUST ride the Assault Bike for the entire duration of the workout. Even in the rest minutes. Each team will have MAX Calorie Bike score.

Athletes can switch out on the bike at any time and for any reason, but someone must be moving the bike for the entire 20 min Workout.
