We invite your team of 4 to compete in this year's "SIEGE"
The registration fee is $500 / team
($100 / athlete plus a $100 team sponsorship)

Workouts
This is a relay style event with one team member at a time completing all of the following:
15 Kettle Bell Swings (KBS) (53/35)
10 Kettle Bell (KB) Goblet Squats (53/35)
5 Alternating KB Box Step-ups (53/35)
10/8 Cals Row
5 Alternating KB Box Step-Ups
10 KB Goblet Squats
15 KBS
When P1 is done they will tag P2. P2 will then complete all the same movements then tag in P3 and so forth until the entire team has completed the work.
Score will be the time to complete or reps if the team hits the time cap.
3 Rounds for Time
Partner #1: Will hold a Sandbag between their chest and waist while P2 works (100/80).
Partner #2: 20/24 Bike Cals
Partner #1 will hold the bag until Partner #2 completes the required number of Bike Cals
If Partner #1 puts down the bag Partner #2 must stop biking and there will be a 1 calorie penalty added to the bike for that round.
After the Partner #2 finishes the Bike Cals the partners will switch; One round is completed when both partners have completed the Bike Cals and SB Hold.
Both partners will end up completing 3 SB Holds and 3 sets of Bike Cals to complete the event.
The score is time to complete or reps if the partners hit the time cap.
6 Rounds for Time
12 Hand Release Pushups
25’ Sandbag Walking lunges (60/80)
8 Burpees over the Sandbag
25’ Sandbag Walking lunges
This is a you go-I go workout.
Partner #1 will complete all the prescribed work; tag in Partner
#2 who will then complete all the work; tag in Partner #1, etc.While Partner #1 is working Partner #2 is resting and vice versa.
Each partner will complete 3 rounds (so 6 rounds in total)
The score is time to complete or reps if the partners hit the time cap.
The team will divide into two pairs. Both pairs will work at the same time.
P1&P2:
3 Rounds of:
P1: Hang from the pullup bar
P2: 10 Over/Unders
P1 will hang from the pullup bar until P2 has completed the prescribed number of Over/Unders
Once P2 has completed their work the will switch
The work is completed when both partners have completed 3 full rounds.
P3&P4:
6 Rounds of:
P3: 100’ Sand bag Carry (80/100)
P4: 100’ Double KB Farmer’s Carry (35/53)
Both partners will work at the same time.
When both partners have completed their prescribed work they will switch.
The partners are done with both partners have completed 3 rounds of each movement.
Once both partner teams have completed their work they will switch so both partner pairs will end up completing both sections of the event.
The score will be the time to complete the work or reps if the team hits the timecap.
In 5 minutes:
30 Synchro Dumbbell Thrusters (35/25)
30 Synchro KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull (53/35)
Then in the time remaining:
Synchro Burpees over the dumbbell
Score is the number of Synchro Burpees
The entire team is working at the same time.
Tiebreak: Time to finish the Thrusters
