About This Competition

Ready to get back out there and show the world what you're made of?!  

We invite you to join us as we go big and heavy! We are excited to bring you a balanced individual competition that will include true tests of mental grit, physical endurance, and pure strength.

All divisions will compete on both Saturday, August 28th and Sunday, August 29th (approximately 7:30AM- 6:00PM each day)

We will be capping competition at 192 athletes. Available slots for each division are as follows:

                Elite - 16 Men/ 16 Women

                Masters35+ - 16 Men/ 16 Women

                Masters40+ - 16 Men/ 16 Women             

                RX - 24 RX Men/ 24 RX Women

                Scaled - 24 Scaled Men/ 24 Scaled Women

Cash and physical prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each men and women’s divisions.

Cost: $145.

Please Note:

No refunds will be issued unless the competition in cancelled. Registrations can be transferred to another athlete until registration for the competition is closed (approximately 4 weeks prior to the competition). If an athlete transfers their registration, they must contact Top of the Box staff with the name and information of the athlete taking over the registration.

 

No outside food or drinks will be permitted in the competition facility, with the exception of hydration and fuel for athletes. We have amazing sponsors for both food and hydration that will be there to show support and offer/sell their products for our athletes, coaches, trainers, and spectators.

There is ample, free parking at the competition facility. Bring your friends, family, and spectators!

EMOM 5' (for total load):

The athlete has to perform 1 successful Snatch in 60".

In the case of no successful snatch during the 60", the athlete will not pass to the next minute. The athlete's score will be the total of the completed snatches up to that minute.

The athlete decides the weight. Every minute, the weight must increase at least 5#.

Only 1 Snatch per minute will count toward the total score.
