About This Competition
Our in house competition is back with a bang!
This will be open to everyone of NWK to get stuck into and enjoy being together on the floor!
Any age or any abilites will be welcome to participate on this one! Its all for fun and all proceeds will be going to a charity of choice (TBC).
•All Entry proceeds will be donated to a charity of choice.

Workouts
6:00 to estasblish a 1RM Clean.
This workout is part A, you will rest 1:00 min and move straight into the next workout.
5:00 Minute AMRAP:
You Go I Go (Execept thew Bike)
P1:
10 Front Squats (40/25)
20/15 Cal Bike (Synchro)
10 Deadlifts (40/25)
Once complete swap over.
*The same person will compelte the front squats and Deadlifts, the only thing you will always do together is 20/15 Cal Bike Erg.
In 60 Seconds Complete: (8 Minutes)
P1: 6 Burpee Box Jumps Into Max Effort T2B.
P2: Rest.
4 Rounds Each
*Every 60 Seconds you will swap over.
6:00 Minute AMRAP:

Gun Hold Plate (20/15)
*Swap once 1 round is complete.
*Athletes must stop is athlete does not hold the plate at a 90 degree angle.

100 Synchro DB Snatches (22.5/15)
*Every Break you must complete 15 Synchro Air Squats.
