We have 2 Categories this year for you to choose from. Rx or Scaled. Please choose the appropriate category for your ability level.
Rx Category Standards:
Double Unders
Clean 80/60kg +
Snatch 60/40kg +
Deadlift 100/70kg +
Dumbbells 22.5/15kg
Gymnastics - TTB / Pull Ups / CTB Pull Ups
Scaled Category Standards:
Single Unders
Clean 60/40kg
Snatch 40/25kg
Deadlift 80/50kg
Dumbbells 15/10kg
Gymnastics - Knee Raises / Banded Pull Ups
