About This Competition
Welcome to the 1st annual OctoberFit Comp hosted by WiscoFit.
We are beyond excited to host an individual Comp for a great cause.
What's more great than competing against top athletes in the area to be crowned the fittest and have fun doing it? Doing it for the sake of a great cause along the way!
We are collaborating with the PCRF foundation where proceeds from entry fee will be donated straight to the PCRF Cause.

Event 2 will be 10 sets of an ascending weight per set of Snatch/Clean, with a buy-in of double unders or single unders at the start of every min.
There will be a 40 sec rest after every min for athletes to add weights to the barbell for the next round upon making the prior lift.
Tie Break will be time completed of DU/SU from last completed set of DU/SU.
