About This Competition

Welcome to The CHLKDUP Classic!

We are so glad that you've decided to join us! The Classic is a one day competition, put on by The CHLKDUP Brand. If you've competed in our Box League before, then you know what to expect. We love good old fashioned work and aren't afraid to dole out a healthy serving of it. The Classic is a team format competition, boasting three different team configurations: M/M, F/F & M/F. Our athletes will compete in one of three divisions: RX, INTRMDT or SCLD. No matter what division or configuration you find yourself in, come ready to work, have a good time, and cheer on your fellow competitors. Part of our foundation as a brand is community. Through Box League, we've cultivated a very strong community of fitness enthusiasts, who support each other as much (if not more) than they love competing. We expect nothing different when it comes to the Classic.

Registration opens 2/6/23

RX Athletes should be able to perform all Crossfit workouts as prescribed - to include Synchro OHS (65/95), Med Ball Run (10/14), Wall Walks, Toes To Ring, Bar Muscle Up, Heavy Sand Bag Clean, Echo Bike, KB Front Rack Hold (53/70), C2 Rower

Intermediate athletes should be able to perform the majority of Crossfit workouts as prescribed - to include Synchro OHS (55/75), Med Ball Run (10/14), Wall Walks, Toes To Ring, Chest To Bar Pull-ups, Heavy Sand Bag Clean, Echo Bike, KB Front Rack Hold (35/53), C2 Rower.

Scaled athletes will not be expected to perform advanced gymnastics, or lift heavy weight, but should be familiar with basic barbell movements and bodyweight exercises, to include: Synchro OHS (35/45), Med Ball Run (6/10), Wall Walks, AbMat Sit-ups, Kipping Pull-ups, Sand Bag Clean, Echo Bike, KB Front Rack Hold (26/35), C2 Rower.
