Battle of Britain Lockdown
About This Competition
The Battle of Britain Lockdown, in partnership with JST Compete Programming, brings some fun and light hearted competition to your living room, garage gym or garden whilst raising money for charity.
Entry fee is £10 and we will be awarding prizes for both winners and other deserving athletes - THE REST OF THE ENTRY FEE WILL BE DONATED TO A RELEVANT NHS OR COVID-19 CHARITY
The workouts will be inclusive for all split across 2 divisions:
COMPETE - you need access to 1 x 22.5kg / 15kg DB
TRAIN - no equipment needed
Workouts will be posted each Friday and you will have until the following Thursday pm to post your scores.

- 24th April
You can enter at any stage but the sooner you enter the more workouts you get to do!
You can video your workouts but we will not be checking all of them, movement standards will be released with the workout and we trust you to stick to them. If you are in it to win it then its a good idea to submit a video!!
