One workout each week for 6 weeks!
Workouts will release Wednesday and scores will be due Sunday by 8PM EST
You will sign up as an individual, but scores we be compiled as a gym average to keep it FAIR and FUN!
We started the QG to give people fitness and keep your communities alive.
