SWA Masters Online Comp
About This Competition
SWA is proudly bringing back the Masters Online Strongwoman Competition. 4 events over 2 Saturday's - either at your home gym or a participating gym.
There will be 4 Age categories and withing those categories 2 weight divisions. The age categories are 40+, 45+, 50+ and 55+. The weight categories are: U75kg & Over 75kg.
Cost is $26.50 per entry fee (Competition Corner fees additional). There is a strict no refund policy (subject to covid restrictions).
When you fill out the question Re affiliation
Tick YES and write in your gym that you will be competing at as below
Events 1 & 2 will be released on Saturday 22nd May at 5pm on Instagram and must be submitted by Saturday 29th at 5pm
Events 3 & 4 will be released on Saturday 29th May at 5pm on Instagram and must be submitted by Saturday 5th June at 5pm
WEIGH INS: As this comp is based on an honour system if you are close to weight in the divisions (eg close to 75kg) you can weigh in on the day of the events in front of a judge and enter that division accordingly. All we ask is please be honest.

Workouts
Competitors will have up to 60 seconds to complete 8 Deadlifts
1 - Axle Bar loaded with bumper plates x 3 repititions.
2 - Olympic Weigtlifting Bar with bumper plates x 5 repititions
This event is timed. Quickest time WINS.
Carry the Farmers Handles 10 metres up and back for 60 seconds - this is an event of endurance.
Clean and Press the Log for maximum repetitions for 60 seconds.
The Competitor has 60 seconds to fully load the sandbag onto the platform for Maximum repetitions.
