About This Competition

Are you ready to embrace the spirit of friendly competition and push your limits and test against the community monthly? Join us for the OUR Fit – November Challenge, where we harken back to the early days of CrossFit, celebrating the roots of the sport—a blend of camaraderie, competition, and community!
**Event Overview:**
Get ready for our November Fitness Challenge, designed to bring out the inner athlete in you. From November 1st to November 8th, participants from around the globe will push themselves to achieve personal bests and encourage each other along the way.
**What to Expect:**
- **Friendly Competition:** Embrace the competitive spirit as you challenge yourself and others in various workouts, pushing your boundaries and aiming for the top of the leaderboard. The challenge will be released and must be completed and submitted by the deadline. For leaderboard positions, Video must be included.
- **Varied Workouts:** Experience a wide array of workouts inspired by the original CrossFit ethos—constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. This challenge is meant to be able to be done around any programming and will be 1 workout/challenge per round and can be done in MOST gym setups.
- **Community Bonding:** Connect with fellow participants through our online community platforms, share your progress, cheer each other on, and celebrate everyone's achievements.
- **Prizes and Recognition:** Win exciting prizes and receive recognition for your achievements, all in the spirit of good-hearted competition and progress. Various prizes will be given to the 1st place winners for men and women, and for each challenge there will be a “floating prize”. The floating prize will be given to a random person drawn from participants.

**How to Participate:**
1. **Registration:** Sign up for the event through our website to secure your spot in this epic challenge. Do the workout before the end of the month and invite your friends.
2. **Workout Tracking:** Track your workouts and progress using competition corner. Log your scores and see where you stand in the rankings.
3. **Stay Connected:** Engage with our vibrant online community. Share your experiences, cheer for others, and build lasting friendships with fellow participants.

Workouts
For Time -
750m Ski
Athletes will complete a 750m ski on a concept 2 Ski Erg. Athletes will set up their camera facing the monitor of the ski erg, at a 3/4's angle so the screen and the majority of the athlete is visible. At the call of 3-2-1- go OR when the athlete begins their ski, time will start and the athlete may start working. Screen may be set to count down or up for 750m, but if the machine is not set to stop at the 750m, there must be a clear time mark when 750m is hit.
