Experience the excitement and community of CrossFit at the annual Wodla Norwegian Throwdown 2025. This competition invites athletes from all levels 1-3 (RX, INTERMEDIATE & SCALED)
Two-Day Challenge for the RX Division
Athletes in the RX Division face a two-day test of strength and endurance with a series of advanced WODs. It's time to shine on the competition floor and showcase the results of your hard training!
OPEN Division DAY ONE – For All LEVELS
Saturday, June 21th is the day when the OPEN Division takes the stage. Whether you've just started your CrossFit journey or are an experienced competitive athlete, this division is perfect for you and your teammate. Anyone can joind this division
OPEN Division DAY TWO - Scaled and Intermediate
The results from the first day in the OPEN Division determine if participants continue as Scaled or Intermediate. This unique system ensures that everyone gets to compete at a level that matches their level of fitness.
A Minimum of Five WODs for all teams
Whether competing in Scaled, Intermediate, or RX, you can expect to complete at least five WODs. This provides a comprehensive test of your fitness and capacity.
Preparation and Strategy
To allow all athletes to prepare adequately, all WODs will be released 7 days before the competition. This gives you the chance to plan your strategy and fine-tune the techniques that will be tested.
The Wodla Norwegian Throwdown is more than a competition; it's a gathering for all who are passionate about fitness and continual improvement. 🇳🇴 LØPEEVENT - TEAM OF 2
Neste helg kjører vi et individuelt løpeevent 4km – men med en lag-vri!
🔹 Slik fungerer det:
Begge deltakerne på laget løper hver for seg, altså ikke sammen. Hver utøver får en egen plassering i mål.
Lagets resultat blir summen av begge plasseringene.
👉 Eksempel:
Hvis én kommer på 1. plass og den andre på 4. plass, blir lagets totalsum 5 (1 + 4).
🏆 Laveste totalsum vinner eventet!
Begge lagmedlemmer teller – så her gjelder det å gi alt 💥
Resultatene vil bli presentert i et lagbasert leaderboard, men selve løpet er individuelt.
🇬🇧 RUN EVENT - TEAM OF 2
Next weekend we’re running an individual run event – with a team twist!
🔹 How it works:
Both teammates run separately – not together. Each athlete will get their own individual placement at the finish line.
The team’s score will be the sum of both placements.
👉 Example:
If one finishes in 1st place and the other in 4th place, the team’s total score will be 5 (1 + 4).
🏆 Lowest total score wins the event!
Both teammates’ performances matter – so push hard! 💪
The results will be shown on a team leaderboard, even though the run itself is individual.
